Although the ancient Blackfury is remains in deep slumber, its guardians still ward its tomb-like palace below. When strangers steps into the palace, they awaken to meet them, with their masters fury imbued inside the runes carved onto their stone skin.

Imbued Blackfury. If the Blackfury guardian takes 10 or more cold, fire, lightning, or acid damage in a single round, its ancient master’s dark fury inside comes out, glowing in a dark red color from the carved runes. On the Blackfury guardian’s turn, it deals an additional 7 (2d6) fire plus 7 (2d6) necrotic damage with any of its attacks. When the guardian drops to 20 hit points or below, this trait is always active.
Blackfury’s Essence. When the Blackfury guardian drops to 0 hit points, the essence of its master is released from its body with a sudden, destructive burst, destroying the guardian. Any creature that is within 10 feet of the guardian must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw. Taking 14 (4d6) fire plus 14 (4d6) necrotic damage on a failed save, half as much on a successful one.
Multiattack. The Blackfury guardian makes two slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
Crushing Charge. The Blackfury guardian charges 10 feet towards a creature. The creature must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or get hit by the guardian, it takes 22 (4d10) bludgeoning damage. If the target creature is Medium or smaller, the guardian moves an additional 10 feet and the creature is also pushed back 10 feet more. If they hit a wall or similar immovable object, the creature takes an additional 22 (4d10) bludgeoning damage.
