Expanding Svilland: Frost Arrow Cultists
Frost Arrows is a famous guild in Alsvartr, and they are known for their criminals. The main house is in Sea Shield; however, it is said that they are able to hide criminals all across Alsvatr. They call themselves “arrows”, as the main job they get is assassination rather than robberies and raids. They are blamed by many for murders/sudden deaths.
